Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce, Civil Union Certificate
Vital records include Vermont births and deaths, marriages, divorces, and the establishment and dissolution of both civil unions and reciprocal beneficiary relationships.
Certified copies of vital records are available from the Department of Health or the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration (VSARA).
