CHAMPPS: Coordinated Healthy Activity, Motivation & Prevention Programs
Communities throughout Vermont are building and operating comprehensive health and wellness projects that promote healthy behavior - including better nutrition, increased physical activity, and disease prevention.
To fund these projects, the Department of Health distributes the state's Coordinated Healthy Activity, Motivation & Prevention Programs (CHAMPPS) competitive, multi-year grants to Vermont-based community organizations.
